We have created 27 locally defined “Neighbourhoods”, these are geographical areas built around the different neighbourhoods and communities that exist within Wakefield District. The profiles can be viewed below by selecting the Neighbourhood you wish to look at from the menu in the top left.
The profiles contain a range of facts and figures about the health of the population and some of the factors that can affect the population’s health and wellbeing.
