The Wakefield District School Health Survey 2022 was carried out with Year 5, Year 7 and Year 9 pupils who attend schools across Wakefield District. 6,800 pupils across 93 different schools took part in the survey, which ran from January to May 2022.
The Wakefield Council Public Health service have used a school health survey every two years since 2009 as a way of collecting robust information about young people’s health, wellbeing and lifestyles.
The results of the 2022 survey are available in the reports shown below. This list will be added to as additional products are developed. Participating schools also receive their own report. Local commissioners can request bespoke analysis from the Public Health Intelligence Team.
