By looking at the health of thousands of people living in Yorkshire, the Yorkshire Health Study has the potential to make important health discoveries.
The survey results provide a valuable insight into the health of the people in Yorkshire. Based on these results, improvements can be made to services.
How to take part
If you live in Yorkshire and are over 16 you are eligible to take part in the survey. The survey only takes 10 minutes to complete.
Once you have completed the questionnaire, the information you have provided will be used in future research.
